LADIES' CHANNEL SWIM CELEBRATORY DINNER AT THE SKINNERS' HALL
ON 29 JANUARY 2009

To mark the occasion of the incredible feat of the six ladies from the Serpentine Swimming Club swimming the channel in September 2008 a dinner is being held in the Skinners' Hall as a celebration of their endeavour and with the aim of raising funds for the charity Afghan Mother and Child Rescue on whose behalf they swam. The dinner is being held by courtesy of the Clerk of the Company, Major-General Brian Plummer C.B.E, in the elegant surroundings of the Hall.
